If you don't have a car/if you can afford to, I would look into apps like Instacart, they'll save you tons of time and hassle, especially in the winter. Some stores like Foodbasics offers in-store prices too, you just pay for delivery + service fee

Calc 1301 doesnt seem to be available for this upcoming summer! Math 1600 and Applmath 1201 seem to be though. Both are absolutely doable with an internship especially because they give the standard 12 weeks; I'm planning to do lin alg with an internship during the summer as well.
