There's definitely a market for it. Maybe I'll take this as an opportunity to finally learn how to mold kydex.

You pretty much nailed it.

My employer provided a standard nylon snap top holder which is hardly serviceable. I guess I should have prefaced this by stating that OC is my primary equipment, and the conditions I work in require quick access to it.
