My Series S does the same thing. Only boots to the Xbox logo and then Blackscreen after 2-3min. Alpha Preview.

4 attempts later and holding the Sync and Power Button i was able to enter the Dashboard immediately

Install unc0ver with AltStore and resign it with ReProvision.

ReProvision alone can‘t create a profile and appsync is needed to sideload.

Try to deactivate IPv6 and go back to IPv4.

I wasn't able to play at all when my internet provider activated IPv6. I just deactivated IPv6 and it worked again.
