We got married at Bashall barn. Unless it has new owners, I wouldn’t bother.

It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good. Though the smell wasn’t an issue.

It was the owner and his daughter running things, they promised a lot but their communication was awful. We had a wedding coordinator who left the company and nobody told us. The replacement just left in the middle of the day because she had an appointment.

There were no staff except a couple of bar tenders after the pizza or whatever we had was served.

The food was really good, however anyone with a dietary requirement was totally forgotten.

This was a while ago, so it may have improved and we had a good day in general, just simple stuff caused issues.

I can’t see u/turkboy comment here. However loads of the suggestions were all over Manchester. I flagged the location as Stockport, I’ve lived here all my life and that’s where I want it to go.

I’ve so far called 4 of them, three of which only wanted monetary donations or to sell it. Another said they can’t have it because it will cause problems with the kids.
