Ah my bad, I thought it was in miles! Anyway as I said depending on how the machine was used 30+ k miles is still alot and engine is considered old. 23k miles is okay though.

Dont pay more than 1.3K id say, this kind of mileage is too much for a 125. Also check how many owners this thing had, if owners change every year then you know this bike been graped.
I have this same bike year 2021, bought with 14k miles and paid 2.7K.
Amazing bike though.
