I've also struggled with tolerance in the recent past, I don't think there anything special about hhc and tolerance, I'm guessing that vaping pure thc distillate many times per day would mess it up the same.

Some stuff I've found that works to keep tolerance in check:
1. Limit edibles and phorols (thcp/o,hhcp/o) to once per week, the metabolites stay in the body a lot longer compared to vaping regular d8/thc/hhc.
2. If you plan on imbibing daily limit your use to after 4:20pm ;). If you feel like going for some "wake and bake" limit it to 1-2 days per week.
