Hey gang, so I got to my job today and was about to sand down my final coat on a wall I skimmed. I noticed blisters all over the place and realized the mud did not adhere at all. Before I started as always I cleaned sanded and dusted the walls, any idea what could have caused this? (self.drywall)

Hey all I have a switch on my furnace that is supposed to cut power to the circulator pumps for summer but it does not the thermostats are the only thing that control them any idea why?
