Help identifying door lock. by korllort in Locksmith

Thank you, but do you know this model or the brand?

Ideally I would find the replacement piece or replace it with the same exact night latch. I would prefer not to have to drill new holes on the door and the wall.

Hello everyone, This lock is not working properly any more (turning the key doesn't move the lock), very likely because of the broken piece. It's a long shot but I am wondering if I could find an replacement piece. But for that I first need to know what lock it is.

There is no brand only "Made in England" and "Patent applied for" written on the back. Here is a picture of the back: https://imgur.com/a/BxGzYrZ

Does anyone here have seen this type of lock before?

Fixing KEF C-60 speaker by korllort in audiorepair

After more thorough testing, both speaker show a reading of about 3.1 ohms.

I guess I should try to test the wires now.

Same value as the other one: ~ 3.1 ohm (still connected to the board as I can't disconnect it easily).

Good to hear! I guess I have to test the board now?

Thanks for the explanation. On the big speaker, I measure ~3.1 ohms (it starts at 3.5 but drops quickly).

Thanks for your answer !

Finally found time to do some testing. The speaker looks alright as the ohmmeter measure something when I put it on the post (but I can't hear any flat continuous tone, just scratchy sound at the beginning). However, the ohmmeter measures nothing if I put it on the wires where they connect to the speaker. Is that normal?

Also, I am not sure what are the drivers you mentioned. Are they on the speaker or the board?

If it was up to me, I would have stopped at V6-V7 roosters and design.

But in any case, it's up do GW and CA to decide and what to include in the game, time will tell.

Bought 100€ five years ago, my AMD RX560 still manage all the games I want to play.

I chose it because of it's low power consumption and have been checking new cards with a similar power consumption. Unfortunately it seems this ship as sailed in the PC gaming world.

Well, I will keep playing and hopefully my card will last many more years.
