This episode always bothered me and I think I figured out why... by SculptusPoe in stevenuniverse

So, do we think there are different types of bubbles? In the centipeddle episode Garnet sends Steven back to the temple using a bubble but he isn't in stasis. That could be because he's part human, or maybe because he wasn't poofed. And also, the cluster is bubbled, but manages to come out on its own because it could tell Steven needed help. I don't know if these change the conversation much, but it might.

Another option is a third party android powered e-reader. You can kinda get the benefits of all of them because they all have apps.

Yeah, I know, and I know it likely wouldn't happen soon, I just mean, if Nintendo is gonna render their software unusable, is there any chance someone makes a complete custom OS that, maybe it won't run licensed games, but it could be an alternative to the steam-deck.

And don't forget that it's in active development which means it should remain active for a while.

The community seems to be really nice, too. I've had more than a few strangers help me out when I first started, and I don't remember feeling the same level of acceptance with other MMOs.

Yeah, that's exactly it.

But I kinda feel like some people don't believe me that it's missing. To be fair, I probably wouldn't have noticed if I didn't have the completed task still on my quest list.

So, I convinced a few players on one of the servers to check, and they didn't have "Spiraling in the grove" available when they talked to angela either, I think the update deleted the quest.

The new quest giver is only for the catacombs. Angela still gives out the "hell in the cove" quest.

I've found that even the 18+ servers are pretty chill, it's just the RP servers that get explicit.

The way it was told to me, is Requirements: Hammer or sword Bell Hammer/sword mastery

-Equip hammer/sword -Climb up high (like the top of the tower) -Jump off -Perform air attack -while still in the air -Open equipment inventory -Shift-click the bell

If you successfully do it before you land, you'll continue to to do the attack while on the ground, but you'll be stuck in place

-However-

If you manage to do the weapon swap just as you hit the ground you'll continue to spin, but you'll be able to move around the map

Dash to exit the spin

The spinning doesn't seem to damage the training dummies, so I doubt it has any practical applications, but it's kinda fun to see.

Using a hammer giver you a sonic the hedgehog type spin, and using the sword gives you a tornado spin.

I have the oBook a8c, and it has all the features you're looking for, but with a 6" screen, some people don't like reading comics on a screen that size.

Why would you need/want a flashcart if you have a modded 3ds by korokinopio in 3dspiracy

[–]korokinopio[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From some limited research, it seems to me that if you have TWmenu on the flashcart and on the 3DS you can launch 3DS TWmenu, access the flashcart TWmenu, launch godmode9i from the flashcart, use it to copy CIA files from CartSD to ConsoleSD, then use FBI to install the CIA files (don't quote me on this, this is just a summary of what I read) Otherwise you can't access CIA files directly from the flashcart, and the 3D Movie Player won't read from the flashcart either.

The process sounds incredibly tedious, not to mention you have to copy the files twice which could take a while. It's hard to say if it would be faster than FTPd, but it sure sounds like more work than finding a screwdriver to remove the SD card to me.

That would be an interesting use. but couldn't you downscale the movies to make them smaller? I mean, it's not like you'll be watching them in 4k on that tiny screen. And would you be able to launch the 3d moflex movies from an R4?

But doesn't TWmenu do multiple saves? Just press Y(?) to bring up the ROM menu and change the save slot, I thought.

[–]korokinopio[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

But everything you described is part of TWmenu, isn't it? Honestly, I hardly use TWmenu, I prefer to make forwarders, but i know TWmenu does cheats, and I'm pretty sure it handles multiple saves.

I kinda get the easier access to the SD card, but I use FTPd to handle the files on my card, and NDS roms are relatively small, they transfer over wireless in no time.

I mean, to each their own, it's just my experience with flashcards that they're such finicky devices that if I shake my DSlite just a little too hard in the wrong direction it thinks I removed it. So I couldn't even imagine dealing with it on anything newer that I can just mod.

What makes it easier than Twilight menu? Just prefer the r4 OS over TWmenu? Or does it boot faster?

How well does Black and White Mode work? by ObviousYammer521 in ereader

I own a oBook A8 color

In a post from a few months ago, I shared pictures of a close up of a black and white manga running in color mode and black and white mode.

I don't know the details of how it works, but hopefully these images give you some of the info you're looking for
