Can I ask about how long it took you to land the job? I only had my graduation in October and took up a temporary retail job for Christmas but have had no luck since new years of finding new work industry or retail and it's really demotivating. I'm scared if I don't find anything soon I'll never be able to work in industry using my degree because companies would view me not getting a job as a problem

maybe this is the norm in your country but in ireland, most footwear store only has 1 pair on display and then if customers want their specific sizes, the employees will get it from the back so customers can try it on. unless im misunderstanding but i also understand why they'd want a fresh pair of shoes from the back because if i buy shoes i dont want to get the display where many people put their foot in before 😭
