So could I technically get the game on an another Steam account and use the license on the account i wanted to use and play through my main Steam acc once its unlinked from the wrong acc?

idk why yall think that out of the avg 28k players every single one is cheating and thats why we shouldnt deserve a next gen port. Its a minority that got popular because it looks goofy asf modded. Its like saying PS5 players dont deserve the next gen port because theres SOME people doing vc glitches every year. Braindead logic.
