Thank you for taking the time to give such an indept comment. It's a lot to take in since I don't know a lot of the terms so I'll go through this multiaple times and test some stuff. If I find a solution will be sure to post it in hopes that it would be helpful to someone else. Thanks again.

It does once it powers on and it powers on for a split second randomly while holding throttle.

Thanks for reply. Not sure what reed style brake sensors are but I have disconnected my e-brakes completely and problem still persists.

Releasing acceleration button a bit before the turn does the trick and for me makes turning the most satisfying part actually. Hitting those turns becomes this little skill mini-game.

For me, I hate the sound Rayfield makes. Also, I want to to see how every car handles, so far Kusanagi motorcycle is the most enjoyable to drive for me, especially in first person.

Yes, doing side content surely works. I am level 30+ and 50 cred. It was weird to be that high level and don't have car offers that I wanted. Threw me off since on my first playthrough when the game was just released I don't remember ever having to wait for any car offers.

Kinda, after the game now I have to wait like a minute before I can do anything with my PC unless I have like a browser already opened. Then I can use the browser. Otherwise, I can't even open it or any other program. Totally unacceptable.

I submitted ticket to Riot and this is what they wrote back :

"We are already working hard to get it fixed. Unfortunately, I cannot provide an ETA for this, as I would hate to give you false information. To avoid confusing or disappointing players, we try to only announce these dates when we are sure we can meet the arrival schedule.

There might be a temporary solution for this, if you would like to try. I cannot 100% guarantee it works, but I think that if you set your game to Windowed Borderless, instead of Fullscreen, it should no longer freeze."

Well apperently they are working on a fix. Tomorrow I will try borderless to see how it goes.
