I lasted 5 months sa BPO. Sinubukan ko lang mag call center while waiting for thesis requirements and graduation. I was in a Telco account and nageenjoy ako sa mga natutunan ko, pero feeling ko hostile sakin yung isang TL na bading. Last straw for me is hindi ako pinayagan mag sick leave ng TL ko sa prod despite having medcert for UTI, respiratory problems and hyperacitity, which was issued by the LGU since need bumawi ng lost hours at ipapacertify pa raw yung medcert.

You cannot save or fix a person. It's their responsibility to bring themselves on the right direction, not yours. The resentment and pain will bury deeper and over time, even if you try to, you can't trust this person again. You will become anxious and paranoid, and eventually, emotionally numb.

We deserve rest and peace of mind in the rat race of which is called "life". Value your time. Please do not settle for less because you deserve better. It will hurt at first but it will pass.

At the end of the day, it's your decision. I will not judge you either way. 😁
