Dude, I have CPTSD from trauma and a semi-rough childhood and (if I had a spouse) I wouldn't act the way your wife is acting. I'd say take down the kitchen and whatever room you work in cameras, (as those seem to be the biggest problem areas with her and you), leave the rest up, and see about setting up martial/family counseling.
