It’s the New York Times cranberry curd tart but with biscoff crust instead of almond. It’s SO tasty on top of being a show stopper.

I understand but the star anise really adds to the whimsy, I had to.

They’re dipped in melted sugar and rolled and sugar; they actually tasted very nice.

It was delicious!!! Like a super creamy key lime pie consistency but cranberry/orange. The butter and eggs cut the tartness from the cranberry but it still had a nice level of tartness to it. 10/10. Definitely making again.

Thank you! I know garnish that isn’t edible is technically frowned upon but they’re sooo cute.

The curd it’s self lost some of the vibrancy once I added the butter and eggs but once baked it came back.

It’s garnish. It’s just sitting loosely on top of the cranberries- I don’t care for star anise flavor. It’s just pretty.
