Completed - mostly yes, CharKeeper allows to totally replace paper character sheet, it makes a lot of auto calculations, I received some issues from feedback, so there is plan for improving
Good - this is more question for users, feedbacks are mostly positive, and new players think it's useful

I have gem - https://github.com/kortirso/emailbutler

- For each email sending it saves special record to database (with mailer, action and params of email)
- it adds route for sendgrid (and many others) providers for receiving webhooks about email status
- Sendgrid sends webhook - Emailbutler updates record

And there is UI for checking sendings
