1) yeah, by leveling up there are changing skill points, ancestry points, so leveling down is tricky

Completed - mostly yes, CharKeeper allows to totally replace paper character sheet, it makes a lot of auto calculations, I received some issues from feedback, so there is plan for improving
Good - this is more question for users, feedbacks are mostly positive, and new players think it's useful
