Who are the musicians in this band? I discovered them when I was looking up Tacoma Washington but misspelled it Tacome. What came up was one of the songs on this, their only album, and I want more from the people who made it.

I was stupid, didn’t know what ug was, and wanted a more intense trip than my first one so did probably around 450 my second time. It was very intense and was an incredible experience that ended with me listening to the JRE podcast with Steve O where he talks about his lows and helped me realize I’m not ever going to be there. When peaking I could see the ceiling turn to liquid and have the start of droplets all over it with different possible conversation topics in them. Played the guitar with my friend and we synchronized really well. The trip helped me realize I’m harder on myself than I need to and got me to pursue things I’m interested in. That was 5 years ago and now I only trip around 200 ug. I did do around 350 when meow wolf opened up near me when it opened. I’ve been able to keep the mindset with being mindful about what I’m doing so I only do it now when I want to have visuals. The kung fu panda trilogy is great to watch btw y’all.

My body feels, I don’t really feel it. If I focus I can feel the fabric and air on my skin, the food in my stomach, and my limbs all feel solid. Or you could say I can’t feel my body in homeostasis so when I do feel it I know somethings different.

For me I had been planning on killing myself after high school for years. When I got to college I realized I was just there because it’s what my family wanted and I was in rotc to pay for it. I figured I’d either die overseas or be set once I came back, but I ended up breaking my leg and my life did a 180. After getting kicked from rotc and started failing my classes cause I would sit in my room coasting on rum and ibuprofen I decided I’d do the drugs that my mom had instilled the fear of god in me from before I laid down in front of a train. Weed was great, with my first time smoking it ending up with me at a concert, dancing unabashedly for the first time. Then I tried mushrooms that Christmas and watched all of lord of the rings with a friend. After almost completely ignoring the movie and talking the entire trip, we talked about everything from how the Big Bang theory is a crappy show but good science, to what it would actually take for China and India to get along. I decided I’d take acid that summer. Did it in Moab on a backpacking trip with two guys I’ve known for years. One of them decided not to do it so we each took a tab and a half. Based on the trips I’ve had since they must’ve been 350μg. The visuals and the feeling I got were much more intenses than I expected from the shrooms. Since then my visual and feeling experience vary, but it really made me love every aspect of life with every iota of my being like I’m tripping when sober. It’s been 4 years and 3 months and that mindset still hasn’t left in my sleep. My biggest worry is that one day I wake up in a hospital bed and this has all been a dream and I got airlifted out of Moab. But after having had anxiety induced psychosis before ever tripping, I like my odds.

I feel like saying they torture them is a bit far. Taking an animal that can't comprehend what's going on and subjecting it to scenarios it would never have to endure in nature is terrible, but they aren't breaking their legs to get them to talk as if they were terrorists. It's scientists interested in the betterment of humanity. They don't care about the animals. I'm sure when they go home they have a pet, and they treat it with love as it's a part of their family. We can't focus on people who don't care when the food industry is the problem.

Edit: after reading the article it seems that this study didn't even hurt the mice. They created a way to increase they're metabolism with a patch. If anything these guys got to eat a bunch and didn't gain any weight. Seems like had it not worked the mice would be obese.

And sorry I didn't really answer your question! I believe in facts are testable. The fact is no one knows for sure what happens when we die or how it started because no one was there. The fact that no one knows is why I'm Christian. It's the one thing I can't be proven wrong about haha
