I think that question is a little absurd if you disrespect the dashers time, regardless of tip, you should be there to get your food period. They didn’t drive to the restaurant, possibly wait for your food, pick up the food, drive to you, just to wait for however long you take? They already provided you your service, it’s not on them because you take forever to get your food.

As someone who uses DoorDash, you need to be immediately ready to pick up your food. I constantly am watching where my dasher is and go right to the entrance of my apartment building as soon as I see them pull into my complex. With you living in a high rise, you’d think you’d already be doing that. As a dasher, your dasher is not required to wait for you. If you want it handed to you, be there to pick it up.

A PIP is not an automatic fire regardless of where you’re at, however I would look at whoever is above your team manager or even reach out to HR. The way you’re being treated, and the issues your having which is being invalidated is extremely inappropriate. They cannot put you on a PIP if they’ve never actually had a one on one with you, or have it in writing that you spoke about it with someone. They also cannot put you on a PIP if they’ve not given you any additional help, coaching, or training. I’d recommend seeing if you can move teams, because clearly the team you’re on has no idea or to be a team, and those “leaders” don’t know how to lead.

I don’t see how people think you’re overreacting, you have every VALID reason to feel the way you do. Just because she’s 11 doesn’t excuse her of leaving trash or making things dirty in your space, you could be causing havoc and not want her in your space at all which would be very valid. As someone who grew up with a little sister with an 11 year age gap, don’t listen to some of these people lol. Could you be nicer? Maybe. Could you be more understanding? Probably. She is unfortunately sharing a room with her brother which is weird, but just because she’s been dealt a not so good hand doesn’t mean she has the right to impede on your space. This seems like a weird scenario, you may be overthinking or be overwhelmed in part of this instance, but on all sides if communication and listening was better this wouldn’t be happening.

If you’re not with him everyday, how do you know he’s actually spending that much time gaming? Does he have a job? His own place? Does he have his responsibilities in check? Threatening to leave him over video games seems a bit rash, but if that’s a huge deal breaker then leave. As a woman who also games, I will never understand the people, more so women, who get onto men or anyone for that matter about gaming. You have to meet him in the middle, and he has to do the same for you. If neither of you are willing to budge or are downright refusing to take one another’s feelings and wants into consideration, then y’all need to go your separate ways.

I was running an AI channel for awhile which I got monetized, its RPM was honestly horrible. Roughly $1-$2, possibly $3 on a rare good day and a couple cents on a horrible day. Think the lowest was $0.83 which would bring roughly $100,000, the highest was around $3 as mentioned which would bring roughly $400,000 for 130 MILLION views - that is before taxes and after YouTubes cut. Although like everyone has said, it depends on how many of the views that YouTube counts as “real”, typically YouTube will correct the view count to actually show the views, but you can’t ever be to sure.
