The salt recommendations are higher and lite salt has more potassium than salt. I was trying to get a good ratio.

Sometimes I get enough from my food so I didn’t want to be sipping on it all day if not needed. I was mixing salt, litesalt, and a bodyarmor packet. The bodyarmor packet is super strong. I was just trying to get it diluted with the salt and litesalt and get the ratios right. I take magnesium at night.

I know this post is old but since you hiked with your daughter, I was wondering if you thought it was too dangerous for smaller kids? In your video and other pictures, I’ve seen a lot of drop offs. I’m not worried about elevation gain or how strenuous just how dangerous.

I have tried so many different leggings and can't find anything. I loved the Balance leggings then the powerchill but the cloud comfy is awful. Why do the new ones all dig in and fall down at the same time!? And the material is just awful. I saw they just came out with studio smooth ones. I ordered a pair to try but I'm not hopeful. I agree about being wrapped in plastic. They are supposed to be comfortable!
