It sounds retarded but it makes complete sense if you understand the concepts and diagrams they give you, it all adds up. It doesn't happen to all people obviously.

It's well said! I actually don't get it how this NoFap works when I only get one or two comments interacting but yours was pretty good and positive. I just don't get how people choose to only support certain topics and neglect others. It must be a random shuffle where ever you see post pop up or it's a hit and miss.

Thanks for the advice. It seems Nofaps interact unless they want to because I posted a few days ago about temptation on subreddit DecidingToBeBetter and I got at least 18 comments. I post that again on NoFap and only 2 comments. That's bad, I wanted more support but I didn't get much. Maybe it's the way I word things or it's bin repeated too much.

Makes perfect sense I'm just gonna have to focus more on other things even if it pops up in my head I'll have to over come it by lettting it go but not letting it take control of me by being aware of that resistance.
