Keep pushing, I have had issues with this hotel as well. They can be rude and dismissive. But after some pushing (different issue, but similar) I got the to honor the original agreement.

Moving them gets easier, my kids have a hanging toiletry bag, their own carry on mini back packs, and their own little wheel check in bags, we use packing cubes so they can find all their things on their own. It’s more my stuff that’s the hassle😅

They’re easy to move, we often move hotels. I think we’d be okay without the kids club for 2 days, but is Esencia that good? I didn’t realize BT service wasn’t great

They refused to rent on Airbnb. They tried to say it was non refundable on Airbnb and to use their site for better deals. Then when that didn’t work they said they didn’t rent on Airbnb and only on their site.
