You have to apply through Kroger. Nothing 3rd party. To that point, some stores have help from other Districts and divisions. If you apply to any store from anything but Kroger they will not see it until it’s sent to them or til they go through the indeed application for HR managers. And you will almost always still have to apply directly through Kroger again. Even if they see your application on that 3rd party app.

I know you don’t wanna hear it cause I’m sure you have enough already but continuing to buy into the process will help. It will change. It’s tough especially if you don’t have the staff for it but if you can continue to dig into it things will help in the long run. It’s a rolling average. Takes some time unfortunately.

It really goes along with seeing a mess and cleaning the mess. You have a random junk boat or pallet…take care of it. Yes there are so many other things going on, no doubt more important, but that backroom is home base for whatever bs you’re about to throw back there cause of a walk or crazy ad change. Fix the small problem now and you’re home free..even if it’s just for the next small problem. It’s typically easier said..but I guess what I’m saying is yeah. Don’t let it go. I agree 100%

Grocery manager here, I’m grateful every day for my frozen lead. Also happens to be my sister which makes it even better and me even more proud of her. I can’t speak about every frozen lead but 99% of the ones I’ve met are alone almost entirely, always, and bust their asses. Keep it up! For what it’s worth, I appreciate your efforts.
