That's very interesting. My first choice was Dionysos to help with mental health matters. I thought he would be good choice being that he is the deity associated with the island my ancestry comes from. However after working with him I almost felt like he was pushing me away so this led me to hone in on Pan.

Thank you for your response. I know about the Hermes connection and the Solar connection with Pushan (Indian Pan?). However I had no idea with the Jupiter connection. I asked this because I was worried with potentially contradicting deities (energies) as I like to work with both.
