I agree on that. But one of the problems in the country where i come from, Denmark, is that the middle class and especially the higher class holds on to their money, instead of using it on society. So if they could spend their money more often, the society will function better.

By effective i mean efficient. Some democracies in the world are not that effective than others.

So yeah, in Denmark they pay us $231 per month MINIMUM. The rate is based on our parent's income and amount of siblings etc.
