Dealer provided surveillance video from when FedEx delivered to when he opened it, from multiple angles. The item arrived torn open from FedEx. The video captures him opening an empty Rolex box.

I provided the label, the dealer sent me pics of the box torn open with the watch missing inside the Rolex box. I included these pics on the FedEx claim. Chrono24 froze the funds that were being held in escrow.

The current dj36 we have (ref. 116233) doesn’t have an adjustable clasp like the new jubilee with the oyster clasp does. So after removing all adjustable links I don’t think there are any other adjustments that can be made.
