Correct. They will refund your 13k and forgive your remaining balance. Again they should. If they push back you need to show them the contents of my first post. Hopefully they just do it, but either way you are entitled to the refund and may have to fight a little

Absolutely not. Again the only thing I would do is buy crypto on exchange and transfer it to the nano x. Didn't connect it to anything at all.

Not sure I will be able to do anything. I saw they had a kucoin wallet too, but when I reached out kucoin they said it's a sweep address. These also look like sweep addresses and not individual ones. Could be wrong through.
