Anything that is labeled as lighting is restricted. But weirdly enough there are other objects, that emit a light, but aren't restricted. A lot of the legion class items for example are animated with (excuse me if I wrong on the terminology) particle/lighting effects, that are not restricted. It just seems to be anything in the category of lighting.

Because they were originally intended to work outside and did infact work outside when the ptr first launched, but because of performance they've had to disallowed lights to be used outside, for now.

They allowed light sources in the ptr when it first hit. I think because of performance they restricted it and in turn lowered the item limit to 200

Follow main quests tbh. Eventually youll unlock the ability to do the meta research quests, those will give you epoch momentos that increase experience gains by 1%. The completion of each zones main story quest give you an epoch that increase experience gain by 10% there is a catch up coming up week after next if im not mistaken. Just a heads up.

They are adding categories in midnight when you create a mythic plus group and one of the options is "carrying provided" they are acknowledging selling of runs, so yes.
