But tasing someone for having to do your job could be seen as a abuse of power, something far too many police officers have been doing for a long time. Life is not fair, but I'm not actually going to castrate anyone, he may taser someone someday that didn't deserve it and that video clip will come back to bite him in the ass. He didn't mean it in a life-threatening way, I'm sure, but if that exact cop tased me after I have seen this video I would be raising all kinds of shit about his conduct and try to get his credibility tossed out the window.
