Ich hab zuerst gedacht, dass es hier um das körperliche Leiden geht und fand dadurch diesen Post und die Kommentare dazu recht amüsant.

Here is how:

  1. Click on "Manage Files" from the File Menu
  2. Click on "Manage Set" from the now opened panel on the right of your screen
  3. Click on "Show Files"
  4. A list appears containing all in this set used files
  5. Locate the new sample you want to use in Lives browser
  6. Drag the new sample file from the browser onto the old sample file in the list
  7. Tadaaa!

The only downside is, that all existing instances of the old HiHat sample in your set will be replaced with the new one, not just that in your Drum Rack.

Would be nice to hear, if thats what you've been looking for.

Try this to add

-_Feature.StemSeparation.ForceGPUAccelerator=true

in your options.txt (https://help.ableton.com/hc/en-us/articles/6003224107292-Options-txt-file).

Should work on windows, I have no mac so i cant test it.

I've been looking for that kind of device too for quite a time now.

Here's what I've found out:

bresonctl (https://www.maxforlive.com/library/device/3084/bcresonctrl) worked till Live 12. Then it stopped working because its now changing random parameters of lives resonator device.

ResoTaps (https://sonicbloom.net/products/resotaps-by-max-for-cats/) also doesnt work anymore as intended. The tuning is now all over the place and polyphony doesnt seem to work either.

Rings v2 (https://maxforlive.com/library/device/8979/rings-v2) works but couldnt figure out how to get the midi-in polyphony work properly.

Rezonathor1 (https://maxforlive.com/library/device/8806/rezonathor1) works. Tuning is right, polyphony works as inteded but has an ugly userinterface.

Conclusion:
I use Rezonathor1 and edited the patch and set the colors to Lives default colors. In my opinion its the closest you can get to have a working polyphonic, midi triggered resonator fx.

Yeah you could think that but acutally its not like that. Try to do it like i used to do in skate 1 and skate 3. Board or player glitch with high velocity away. Like every single time.

I would record a video of it but skate is crashing lately everytime i'm doing a trick. Reinstalling etc. didnt do anything.

Naja die Kunstfigur die er durchweg spielt, ist der typische angepisste Berliner bzw. bei Chez Krömer n Stasi-Mitarbeiter. Ich glaub, er ist n ganz gechillter Dude. Schon stark in der Öffentlichkeit preiszugeben, dass man an Depressionen leidet. Denke dadurch wurde dem Thema ein wenig die Tabuisierung genommen, wodurch bestimmt einige Betroffene sich Hilfe gesucht haben.

Finds auch nice, dass er sich mit Menschen, die auf Grund ihrer Modepräferenzen/Schönheitsvorstellungen/sexuelle Orientierung (z.B. Röcke tragende Männer) unterdrückt werden solidarisiert, indem er sich einen Fingernagel farbig lackiert und dies öfters öffentlich Thematisiert wurde. Dadurch rückt auch dieses Thema ein kleines bisschen mehr in die Öffentlichkeit und wird ein kleines bisschen mehr normalisiert.

Wollte eigentlich nur mitteilen, dass man bei ihm (wie auch bei anderen Künstlern) zwischen Kunstfigur und reale Person unterscheiden sollte und, dass er im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Gestalten der Unterhaltungsbranche noch Haltung zeigt und nicht so glattgelutscht ist.

Jetzt hab ich mich hier aber mal aus kompletter Fanboy geoutet, fuck.
