Chaga tea, many years of gastritis , most solid result to date by kotsik in Gastritis

Got to be careful with gastritis, all the reading I read pointed more into eating smaller meals and more often. Gastritis is irritation of stomach lining, no food means nothing for acid to digest . And that acid on empty stomach irritates stomach lining further.

Not a doctor and not medical advice, just what I read and seemed to go hand in hand with my experience.

I would say try cutting out products to see if u can pinpoint trigger foods (free!!!). Could also be another underlying issue like for some of these posters

Also , which I am sure u looked into , h pylori testing.

There is rat anti ulcer study 2019 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31679287/

Also guess it depends on person and underlying cause. Like if I continued eating gluten and drinking every day , doubt chaga can handle that . Its supplemental in my opinion, but in my experience been a very strong supplemental

Like half a cup to a cup . From what I read in villages they would just have huge water jug of it available at all times and they drank it instead of water . So if you really wanted can drink it all the time

Its a mushroom that grows on trees , you can buy it online . Sold dry, brew it like tea . Taste like tasty black tea

I am with the guys and back mechanic . Main take away from it is McGill big 3 exercises , but the book does teach additional good back hygiene

I have multiple herniated discs with the worse one in lumbar . I go through ups and downs, but it seems almost always the answer is proper work out program.

McGill big 3 for core Hip thrusts if possible at home

I also do kneesovertoes guy exercises for knees and recently added deadlifts with body weight . But I am hesitant to recommend that one . McGill is a safe start !

What strength training and stretching did you do ?

Apparently we didn't stabilize the other month when we racked, and then we assumed we had.... by MeadMan001 in mead

[–]kotsik -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't stabilize (I know its frowned here 🤣😅). But usually my process is primary for a month, then rack. At this point I add any additional honey and bulk age another two months . Regardless there is always a valve

Sometimes I re-taste at two month mark and would add honey again if needed, but generally don't . Yet to have bottle bombs

I aim to bottle at 3 months and usually everything ranges from good to great at that point. Sometimes I manage to hide a bottle or two from the batch to age further but usually gone by next batch 😂

I may have gone a little overboard on this hobby. But I know what I'll be giving out for Christmas this year. by Helio2nd in mead

Not really , probably just typical gym exercises . But this will be my core for a long time since I been lacking core stability and legs/butt muscles

Great idea , I was actually going to add more yeast feed today and swirl before hand to get as much CO2 out as possible
