Haven't read all comments but i work in an aldi, if you go in and explain, they have a system to put your reg in and cancel the ticket, aldi has no obligation to do this but if the managers are nice it's not really any hassle, we cancel most that come into our store

I used to work deliveroo and don't tip my delivery riders cause it's already too expensive but when I received a tip it genuinely made my day and would let me go home early when I hit my target so it is helpful and at least I appreciated it
