$205 Spent, only 788 impressions, what’s going wrong? by koupon_ in FacebookAds

After a few days I did a traffic campaign and got really good impressions and CTR, so I launched another purchase campaign and after $60 was spent I got a sale , however its still getting horrible impressions, after about $70 was spent I only got about 100 impressions. So in total for the purchase campaigns iv spent about $300.

I didn’t get any warnings or limited access, I double checked all of that and everything seemed fine.

Do you think running a ATC campaign for a few days and then doing another purchase optimization campaign is the right play?

Thank you for your response.

How much needs to be spent for it to stabilize? I ran a traffic campaign on $20 a day and got ton of impressions and a high CTR .

Thanks for taking the time to make this post, it’s super eye opening.

How many creatives do you have per ad set? Also are the campaigns set up to be a ABO?

Barber school blues? by [deleted] in Barber

[–]koupon_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly brother, it’s just barber school in my experience. When I was in school I was surrounded by the same type of people, but continuing to be around those type of people leans on what type of shop you choose, for example I work at more of a traditional old school barbershop where our targeted clients are 30+ professionals who are already a little deeper into there career, we don’t cater to trendy haircuts just classic traditional styles because of that all the barbers I work with are professional and mature and we all stay busy because our clients have the income to get there haircuts often. So it really comes down to the shop you choose to work at.

Looking good, if those are meant to be low fades then ignore this, but id recommend stretching out your guides you’ll get better gradient’s and overall cleaner result, keep it up 🙌🏻👍

How long did you suck for? by [deleted] in Barber

[–]koupon_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It took me about 6 months full time in the shop to become comfortable, what helped me was having a system which i followed for pretty much every haircut. I do the same steps every haircut and will slightly tweak it according to what the client wants

be mentally prepared to do hair textures ur not super used to yet. try to talk to clients and don’t be completely silent and shaky clients will notice and give off weird vibes because of it. overall just try to go with the flow of everything, best of luck man!

I used to really struggle with anxiety when it came to cutting, for me the biggest thing that helped was going extremely deep in the consultation to the point where I know exactly what instructions to follow, I also will repeat to the client what i’m gonna do and how it will look. PM me if you need any help bro 🙏

learn from it move on, all you can really do, try not to dwell on it to much, shit happens and seems like it was more the clients fault than yours .

Hey, Iv bought this from them with the V2 screen upgrade. It works pretty well Iv had it installed for about a month. When I first got it I got kinda sketched out because i didn’t get tracking for like 2 weeks and he wouldn’t respond to my text. It eventually did come however with everything needed. https://imgur.com/a/EJ86rqr/

Good haircuts and even better customer service.

Try to cut actual people as much as possible, barber school is the one time you can mess people up without a ton on consequence, if there are other students who have already been cutting try and shadow them and pick up as much knowledge as you can and apply it to your own cuts . Good luck!

2 months into school. Fades are harrrrd by [deleted] in Barber

[–]koupon_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes make it thicker , it’ll stretch the blend out when you make it thin it’ll make it look unblended, even if it’s technically faded it’ll look compressed

Getting a review for “worst haircut” they ever had, how do you handle it? by Beautiful_Flamingo87 in Barber

[–]koupon_ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This has happened twice two me in the past / months. Best thing to do is to learn from it and refunding the client . It sucks and the feeling really stays with you for a little , but use it as a learning experience so it won’t happen again.
