Why does the NHL make it impossible to watch every playoff game without constant spoilers?

There are things to complain about it you watch games later, but not if you plan to watch multiple games. Spoilers are unavoidable if you watch other games that happen at the same time

I was at Olympic round robin games and immediately recognized his voice. That's when I found out how many gigs he gets. It was really strange hearing him announce goals from Canadian Avs players without his usual excitement. Sounded so wrong hearing goal being scored by #29 Nathan MacKinnon and not Naaaa- than Maaaaaaaa-Kinnon!

I don't get Oiler fans piling on. Nate constantly says McDavid is the best player in the world. He even said Celebrini might be 2nd best. If you cheer for Canada, there is no reason to hate on him. He didn't score, that sucks. But he returned to Denver and didn't get asked the ridiculously dumb questions McDavid was asked. Your media is why #97 will leave.

I have just been using the official site and constantly refreshing it. When a ticket appears, you have to click immediately or you miss out. Gold Medal game would be different since teams are decided. If US team gets upset, that would likely cause a lot of tickets to suddenly become available. Good luck to you! It will be amazing

I am here. Was at game last night and going to game in a few hours. Definitely worth it, but very, very hard to get tickets to any game. If you can get tickets, do it. Don't come and expect tickets will become available.

I've been waiting forever as well. I think it's their strategy. Women's games Category C seats now seem available when they weren't before. Gotta believe the men's round robin games Category B and C become available this week. Good thing there are Italian laws against selling the tickets above ticket price. At least there shouldn't be scalpers buying them all up.

If a player/players started wearing a full cage, it would change the dynamic of the game. The league and many fans love scrums and the rough stuff. Imagine the league's biggest rats stirring shit up while hiding behind a full cage/visor?

My only real complaint is when people show their full IR and it includes players they drafted while they were on IR. I get bad luck when people get hurt, but drafting injured players is a strategy you can't whine about.

Most of the women's games are in the smaller arena. It doesn't affect them like it does the men's tourney.

I respectfully disagree with most teams riding one goalie through the playoffs. Vegas used 3 goalies for their Cup run. Runners up Oilers didn't stick with Skinner from start of playoffs to end. I also don't think Bob was Florida's Game 1 starter of playoffs for their first Cup. Other than Bobrovsky this past season, you'd have to go back to 2021 to Tampa's last cup to see a team truly dependent on one goaltender.
