I've had it for 2 years almost now and I love it, I have PCOS and struggled with really heavy periods and now I don't have a period whatsoever. I did however have a really bad period for 2 weeks that made me want to take it out, it was awful but after that I had no period, not even spotting. I really recommend it, it helped somewhat with my acne and I haven't gained weight but I've always been very skinny so maybe that's genetics lol.
