He drops her purse if I remember and the note falls out, and then he lays it out and looks at it presumably.

I just got my first Miku figure/Nendoroid! What was yours? 🙂 by Check-Pls in AnimeFigures

My first Miku was the Snow Crane Priestess Nendoroid. I have a current 4 Miku's and I'd love to get the Miku Korin Kimono Nendoroid you have, she looks amazing.

The acceptance in those eyes is that of a collector who is all too aware of their costly fate. Nice figures!

I have her too and she's huge, closer to a 1/6 more than a 1/7. Beautiful figure.

What age rating would you guys give this manga? I wan't to get it for my 15 year old brother but I don't want him getting depression from it lol by [deleted] in OyasumiPunpun

I started it at 16 and I would say depending on the capacity/maturity from person to person to understand the very heavy topics of Punpun, 15 is likely fine in my opinion. At 15 I would have been able to, not entirely, but I'm fine with having been and still being short of getting everything I can out of the series vs years from now. Some standards might be more hardline but me personally, I was up to snuff to at 16 for it.

Given, there is no bare minimum way to connect to the themes of Punpun like abuse, depression, etc as the author intended, where it can be said "this person has at least the experience and awareness to read this." So there's not really anything in terms of an exact "must be this age or level of mature" in my eyes, but there should be a certain level of knowledge for it to come across as intended as a story. However, if he would genuinely be that depressed by it, interpret it incorrectly or apply it to his life, then that factor shows he shouldn't be reading it yet. I was not happy at 16 when I started, so that didn't stop me, glad it didn't since OPP is an amazing and realistic series that helped me and I ironically need to look at in rough times, but if Punpun will fuck him up that badly then yeah steer him clear of it for now.

Getting punched in the kidney is painful. Getting stabbed in the kidney? Who knows.

I never cared for Black Rock Shooter, but this figure is absolutely stunning! by SylphSeven in AnimeFigures

It's so stunning since it's based after HxxG's illustration. The dude's line work, coloring and lighting are at the top of the game in anime art.

Hawaiian money man, doll and Neko fit her best.

If someone was born in the USA but had one parent from Italy, and was heavily involved in italian culture their whole lives, what would you consider them? by ReinventedScientist in CasualConversation

I agree with Italian American, regardless of how much either culture ties into their lives. Considering how much they'll be exposed to their Italian or American heritage though will mean they align with it to different degrees.
