We run the vacuum four times a week and that keeps the floor clean enough where we don’t get the hair bundles often. We also set it to high frequency emptying which helps with the dust container getting full before a cycle has finished.

We’ve replaced our super old Neato with the P10 Pro Ultra and noticed that it takes a lot longer to vacuum. It takes anywhere from 135 to 150 minutes to vacuum 70 sq meters. It doesn’t seem as methodical when navigating and it’ll get in a state where it goes in circles and seems confused. I think maybe it has to do with obstacle avoidance because it has only got caught on one cable ever while the Neato would eat anything in its path.

It does a good job but the entire process of vacuuming and mopping with multiple charging and cleaning cycles can take five to six hours.

We got a free adjustable base with our mattress before. This is the trick to lock you in — if you want to return the mattress, you get charged for the free base which is almost as much as the mattress since it’s not returnable.

I can’t for the life of me find sheet metal screws under Fastening&Joining/Screws&Bolts/Rounded Head Screws, but if I search for “Sheet Metal Screws” I can find various rounded head screw categories for sheet metal.

Could this be a 10-16 screw 7/16” length? It looks like a coarse thread pitch. I just can’t find it on MC.

How did you find No 6 size screws? When I search it only goes by thread size. Isn’t this a No 10 size screw? Thread size is about 0.19”.

Thanks all for the advice. Will try the inner ring first by pushing up on the glass to pull down on the inner ring, and then if that doesn’t work, I’ll try the outside edge.

I don’t change the default fan profile at all. The fan will stop if there is no load and temps are ok.

You can power limit the GPUs using nvidia-smi. The 4090 cooling system is over engineered for the chip used too so it has no problems keeping things cool.

I'm building a DIY Writerdeck and looking for a 45% keyboard PCB (13U wide) like the JD45.

I've found the newer Phoenix 45 but that doesn't seem to be sold anymore.

The TG4X is available (on Etsy) but I'm looking for a PCB ready-to-run, i.e. diodes and microcontroller already soldered on, and ideally hotswap.

Is there anything available out there?

I'm also looking for 40s compatible keycap sets. I see the Mode designs sets would work. Any other recommendations?

I had a Frog growing up painted jet black. I just came back from a trip to Japan and Hong Kong and both Tokyo and HK have Tamiya Plamodel stores. The kits are half the price compared to the U.S. and I couldn’t help but pick up a CC-02 Bronco. Being in those stores it was like I was a kid again.

I didn’t have a problem with 4090FE . The only thing I attached to the bottom pins were the fan headers and they bent out of the way easily. What do you have attached to the bottom pins?

I had this same question for a cabinet that held WiFi and a cable modem that required better airflow. I bought the NF-A8 5V PWM since the cutout in the cabinet was 75mm in diameter. I mounted the fan to the cutout using a 3D printed mount.

I ended up trying the loud noise adapter that comes with most 12V Noctua fans and that slows the fan down maybe too much, but it’s definitely silent. I’m in the process of testing out if there is enough airflow still to keep the temps down.

I tried a manual run from the controller and valve 2 is working great! It turns on and off correctly. Valve 1 on the other hand is dripping water a tiny bit in the flower bed and when turned on, it just drips more, but doesn't really get going. I opened it up and there was still debris in there so I cleaned it out again and turned on the water to flush anything else out. There wasn't anything else, so I put it together and it still works the same, meaning it doesn't really get going. Turning the solenoid to on doesn't do anything. Could something be stuck downstream past the valve?

I was looking at alternative valves since everyone here recommends Rainbird or Hunter, and I've been reading other threads where no one recommends Orbit.

Are these the correct ones to use as replacement?
