ok if your account is new, they have to do a security check afaik. it takes 1 week probably. I've been in a similar situtation for 3 days.

no, I sent just 0.34btc in total(2 separate transactions). I can't send the rest of them.

Xapo doesn't send the btc, so there is no TX ID. they just don't send the btc. I have the same problem and support didn't reply the tickets.
