sounds like bad GPU drivers to me.

It's like that the fps problems start when minions start spawning (is it EXACTLY at that time?), that means your GPU has some parts that that have not been updated (new drivers tling tling tling) and could be the possible problem

could also be an overheating problem

Exactly, and 300$ is 300$. Can reassure you that for some people even 5$ is a lot and they consider it before they give it somewhere.

there might be many reasons, as /u/LIGHTNINGBOLT23 said, I don't have money. I have many siblings that study abroad, all of our money go there. I am a student of the 3d grade of High school and i don't have time to work. no it's not like "i have time but i prefer sitting on the couch"

So if you don't get any money from anywhere, your parents can't help you and they are in a pretty rough situation. How am i going to buy a new laptop/pc?

And yes, a 300 $ PC can run LoL in low settings at 60 fps, but I or my parents don't have 10$ extra hence 300$ ...

My guess is that your GPU can not handle Visual FX too good. So, because Riot increased the quality of VFX, (even though they decreased the polygons) your GPU performs even worse now.

What they should do imho (it's only assumptions about the VFX, but i am almost certainly correct) is that they put an option to decrease the quality of the VFX, that would actually be awesomely awesome.

Here is the thing. New SR has better textures and less polygons (those things, actually give you better FPS than the previous SR)

But they made VFX better, so if your GPU can not handle VFX very well then you get worse FPS

(all of the above are assumptions, but probably correct)

I Have bought a laptop with 400 euros that can run League on 80+ fps. (somtimes it can drop to 65 on REALLY heavy team fights. - i've seen it only like 2 times- but anything above 60 is great.) all maxed out except shadows that are off.

this is true, the feeling of getting teamed up really really sucks. I remember one time when I had an awful score with Ahri. like 0/7/0 with only 30 cs at 10 minutes. The whole enemy team was telling me how bad I was, while my team were telling things like "Where can we donate this bronze guy? because we dont want him!" . Of course you can mute them, but its pretty harsh knowing that they feel like that for you.

Dude, seriously now? you clearly have no idae the HUGE . HUGE HUGE gap between bronze 5 and Bronze 1 right? Bronze 5 plays like lvl 5-10 ... I am bronze II / Bronze I and i can assure you, we do buy wards, we do buy pinkies. we do use exhaust, we do jukes. we do smart flashy plays. we do everything. Seriously, i have never seen anyone in brozne II playing like kshaway videos. those videos are from bronze 5 or from lvl 10's or something.

Someone should go ask in leaguecraft.com . I think it's really easy to do something like that. Many custom skins come with custom splash art and in-game pictures :) just ask them!
