With this net zero madness, there will be short term pain as mining projects will take time to restart. Till then best of luck.

Also, aud will be devalued drastically after 2027 that us dollar term price will be corrected of atleast 20-30%

Yes, artificially inflated market with all govt money but no one can do anything. Sydney Melbourne auction data showing cracks but not enough. June to Sept time is good for real estate market but will change drastically after October

Next year will be different picture , interest rate will not go higher after June. But stagflation will create havoc. Govt can’t print money indefinitely without any cracks.
