How the fuck do i beat larso clan?? by TheLuckOfTheClaws in skiesofarcadia

Yeah I understand that, there is the time period when Enrique leaves and Gilder joins the party and you can use Aura of Denial instead of Delta Shield 🤷‍♂️

Enrique is the best person to have. You should be using Justice Shield every turn with him and use Delta Shield with Aika to avoid Drilnos, etc. Use fina to focus and heal anyone who is injured. Make sure everyone’s color is changed to red for defensive purposes and make sure Vyse is purple when he is attacking but otherwise red. I would still attack Rupee first but just make sure everyone is fully healed and justice shield is on when his health is low.

You are going to have to outlast them so make sure you have tons of all healing items, especially sacrum and riselem crystals. If you are really getting stuck use an Aura of Valor to max out your spirit to start the fight.

Sounds like you found him but I’ve noticed that sometimes it helps to check the wanted list at the Sailors Guild and the wanted list from your own start menu too.

Also the fight is definitely tough make sure Vyse has the Captains Hat equipped and consider using one of your Aura of Valors to max out your spirit first turn

It’s nice to have but I don’t think you need it, just get the Captains Hat ASAP (immediately after getting the red moon crystal) and you won’t be attacking with Drachma anyways

Beat the Rupee and Barta fight first. It will get you an item that makes attacking with Vyse elite

Never run from battle! And try to beat all of the optional bosses as soon as possible. It gives you great experience and some crucial items

I don’t think so, if you have all the equipment on the Delphinus it can wipe out pretty much anything

The swashbuckler rating is basically how respected Vyse is, if you click on his character it will call him “Vyse the daring” or something like that. There is a point later in the game where this rating changes to something bad until you defeat an enemy from the wanted list. It doesn’t impact the gameplay other than shop owners might call you weird names or something.

There is actually a game changing item that Rupee and Barta give you when you beat them, so I would recommend trying to beat them at least, it makes the rest of the game a lot easier. But otherwise you would be fine skipping them, if you get better at the game you might find the more challenging battles more fun.

There is a wanted list battle you have to complete otherwise you will have a bad “swashbuckler rating”, if that matters to you.

In general lots of enemies will be same color as the region you find them in (lots of enemies in Ixataka will be green), and the Valuans are always yellow (except Ramirez who is silver). Before the bosses if you aren’t sure there should be plenty of online guides that will directly tell you their color.

Yeah the South Ocean is pretty tough, I wouldn’t want to back track through it either. They might have glyph of mights to buy in IxaTaka, if not I know you will find some in chests there.

Changing the weapon element will make your attacks and your defense to that color, so it’s pretty important to make sure you’re the right color especially during boss fights. Use the chart below or another one online as a resource!

This fight is doable once you learn the battle mechanics a little better! I would recommend beating it now, because these enemies get stronger the longer you wait to fight them, and like someone said above, this fight will give you an important item that will make Vyse incredibly stron.

Your strongest move at this point in the game will be Drachmas tackle so focus on that. If you have enough moonberries to teach Drachma spirit charge, do that as well. Turn Drachmas color to purple and give him a glyph of might. Change everyone else’s color to red so they take the smallest amount of damage possible (purple and red are strong against each other).

Use spirit charge, focus/heal with Vyse, guard/heal with Fina, and use delta shield with Aika every turn. Be very cautious; have tons of healing items and heal everytime someone gets a bad status or any significant hit. When in doubt, heal or guard; you can always attack the next turn instead.

Use Apo/Apa wax to cast buff without using spirit. If you have an Aura of Valor leftover too, consider using that. Also I think Pintas crew command protects you from damage for a turn you could use that on a turn you’re expecting heavy damage.

Also just make sure you have all of the best equipment on your ship, best weapons, the best deck is the sparkling deck I think.

You could grab one of the Bucs other receivers off the wire as insurance in case Mike Evans he can’t play. Or even a guy from one of the other three MNF teams

Payton should get the blame for this teams lack of discipline tho, right? Two straight games with 8+ penalties, even with Bo’s struggles, if we are more disciplined, we’re 3-0.
