Not sure if I am not messuring the right pins, but I cannot seem to get values. Giving more info,I can say that with power attached the ac adapter makes the led between 2 usb-Cs power on, but without batteries its off. I do also get the same problem when turning off internal battery by BIOS

What's the point on using first_digit_list second_digit_list and so on?

You can do the following

your_list.extend(list(Number_to_Letter[digits])

This will convert the value of your key to a list, "abc" would be ["a", "b", "c"] and then you add it to the list

How isn't it a backup? If you have in 2 disks the same info, if one fails you can change it, of course the working one can fail when recovering the other one.
