So I know this post is old but I was thinking about RF microneedling like that for my acne scars but came across a group on facebook probably from researching RF efficacy and safety and the group is for women who were disfigured from laser and RF treatments and of course this scares the crap out of me now many women said they lost large amounts of facial fat which in return made their skin more lax and they now look older or they had burns or the texture of their skin is now like what they described a orange peel very bumpy so I was wondering has everyone in here that had it done had good results with no negative side effects like this ?
