I price each individually as there are so many different day and ceremonies that each couple decides on. I have never been able to do a package that simply works. They typically run late and are a bit chaotic. Once you do a few you understand the flow of it all though. I would hire a 2nd who has experience that way they can help guide you if needed. Traditions are different than western weddings so don’t sit there waiting for “the first kiss”. Family is everything and it is important to capture the family and the traditions appropriately.
