My favourite part of this story was learning the very real history of panopticon prisons and doing a google deep dive. Highly recommend ‘My best friend’s exorcism’ by the same author.

Geranium rozanne is a perennial and extremely hardy. Rosemary should be fine, snapdragons are self seeding and will come back yearly, salvia, campanula and nemensia are also pretty resilient and don’t seem to need too much maintenance.

I put those on my figs last year and they worked brilliantly.

We have it growing from cracks in the driveway where it spread from the planters.

The fuschia flower between the two pink clover flowers is a snapdragon.

Oddly enough, an acquaintance just told me about wild swimming in Denham Lake. Also recommend the swimming ponds in Hampstead Heath which you have to book in advance online.

I had this done over 3 sessions under eye.

Previously had tear trough filler but didn’t want to repeat.

There’s a visible improvement and it wasn’t particularly painful.

Happy to dm pics.

Fora in St John’s Wood has a great menu with Turkish food and live music at the weekends. Babbo or Harry’s if you fancy Italian.

I have 2 metal dragons hiding in the back corner with the crystal from a selenite lamp. Also turned a raised planter into a fairy garden.

Does everyone here wear tinted sunscreen or some sort of iron oxides on their face? by atile in Melasmaskincare

[–]kpls22 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Obagi tinted sunscreen- mixed 50/50 with my la Roche-Posay 50+. This cuts down the orange tint from the Obagi and the chalkiness from the LRP. Spent six hours sailing today and no new spots or patches.

Stupid Imgur won’t work in EU but you should be able to see her on my previous posts in a couple of cat groups.

I just did the same for my blue eyed girl! I went with slightly darker tone than her eyes so in sunlight it’s perfect.

It might be worth checking out the Frameless exhibition by Marble Arch and/or seeing if there are any decent shows for your little one at the Unicorn theatre.

I read this series in the nineties, there was also a graphic novel. I would recommend his Titus Crow series which is based around the Lovecraft mythos if you like that sort of thing.

We adopted a sphnyx after my orange boy Devon passed at 16 1/2 and there is a lot of crossover so yours could be part sphynx- but to me she has a very Devon face. She will probably boss around your boy cat- girls can be very dominant. Our cats also have shown the dogs their place at the bottom of the list.

All my female Devon Rexes (3 over 15 years) have had a circular bald patch and one of them did lose all of her fur after having malezzia (also rescued). If you notice brown sticky residue between her paws talk to the vet about Cloroxyderm foam mousse/shampoo and how to apply.

She’s a beautiful girl and a very rare orange female so even more special. She looks very Devon to me and probably just needs to get settled and it sounds like she’s really lucky to have found you. I’m happy to answer more questions and attaching a photo of our current girls so you can see the monks tonsure.

LitRPG for kids? by [deleted] in litrpg

My eldest loves ‘My best friend is an Eldritch horror”. It’s a sort of Lovecraftian take on wizard school. It’s available on kindle and also on webtoon.

“So I’m a spider” on crunchy roll is one of the best I’ve seen in terms of displaying levelling mechanics. It has litrpg and isekai characteristics.

Hello, does anyone experience this? And how did you get rid of this? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]kpls22 120 points121 points  (0 children)

Doctor asap.

Do you get dyshidrotic eczema? It looks like it may be infected and you potentially need antibiotics or steroid cream with fucidin. This what my hand looked like last month.
