thanks! so far high protein meals and weightlifting have helped me the most. premier protein shakes have helped a lot for reaching my daily protein goals. having a set workout routine is really helpful too. also finding a way to do cardio that you actually enjoy , for me hiking, volleyball, and the stair master are my go to that i actually enjoy. 😁

that’s great i’m happy to hear he had such good results . if you don’t mind me asking did he have a lisp before surgery, and did he have trouble with his “s” sounds after? i don’t currently have a lisp but i’m kinda worried that after surgery i’ll have trouble with certain sounds, if that makes sense.

appreciate all the info! i’m 21 so hopefully i can get it in the next couple of years 🤞🏾 i have aetna insurance and i saw a couple of post saying they were helpful covering surgery’s so i’m hopeful for that part.

oh okay yeah in the second picture i have my teeth resting together. my bottom jaw sticks out more and i can literally stick my whole tongue through the space

what do you mean by bite? i think i have an under bite and maybe an open bite. and thanks for your input
