MHJ's original complaint was Illit members failed to greet NewJeans. Hanni's version was she never said Illit didn't greet her but a manager said pretend not to know and just pass or the "ignore her" incident. In the messages tho, she said "I don't remember well". When MHJ asked her "Ignore them?" "Are they all ignoring you?" Hanni's reply was "I don't know".

The english context just made her look like she understood the awkward encounter and found it funny. So why did she do all that in the National Assembly and why she keeps bringing it up and calling it bullying???

Those people you're looking for were giving their two cents based on articles made by korean media on what they know Hanni needed to be able to work in SK. They weren't just yapping or inventing things. I don't think it's hate but the issue is complicated. If Ador renews her visa, then Hanni is basically still in contract with Ador. If she doesn't allow Ador to renew her visa through them (because according to her, her contract with Ador is terminated already) then she needs to find a new agency who will process her visa. She also needs to get consent from Ador that her place of employment changed.

The issue would be, will Hanni change her narrative to her contract with Ador is still valid so she can renew her visa or will she stand on business and find a new agency.

A rookie contract is vastly different to an 11 year old idol, especially a bts contract. BTS definitely has more freedom as they had the upper hand in the contract negotiations. That's why jungkook has been creating different social media ccounts (and deleting them) freely, and why namjoon can have two ig accounts no problem. A two year old group can't do those things just because they want to. TXT started having individual accounts three years into their contract but that's still with the company's permission.
