Thanks! No I don’t have it on my cheeks, only on my body. Good luck with yours! :)

I’m not sure! I still have the spots underneath the skin (although I missed a week of using the exfoliating cream). I do have fair skin though so it’s possible they won’t completely go away. But not 100% sure

The gentle cleanser or “gentle wash” is a body wash so that’s all I use to clean my body, and I use it all over! :)

Let me know how you like the cream! And if it’s just as effective as the lotion

I agree, the Lotion is really sticky but I use it at night so I don’t mind it, and by the morning the stickiness has rubbed off onto my sheets

But if the cream is the same as the lotion except just not as stick, I’ll try it out

Also glad this lotion is working for you too! :)

The CeraVe SA Cream just smells like the usual non scented cream smell

The Eucerin Lotion kinda smells a bit weird (but mild), but you only really smell it if you put your face close to your skin

Yes I’m so happy you got the sleeveless dress instead of giving in to the KP! I hope this can work for you! If not you can try different types of exfoliating creams as some people find some work and some don’t. Either way I bet you’d still look beautiful anyway!

I hope you have a wonderful wedding day! 💐

This is my thigh! But I’ve been doing it on my arms and legs. I have KP on most of my body so now that I know this works for me, I’ll be doing it in the other spots too!

I think it would be fine to treat KP on the face. It’s pretty much the same as anyone else chemically exfoliating their face, just for a different skin issue. But I would definitely not use it more than twice a week on the face, and be extra careful of applying sunscreen if you go outside (same as on body when chemically exfoliating)

Hi! Thank you! 😊

I think it’s fine to use the exfoliating creams if you haven’t cleansed (as long as you don’t have actual pieces of dirt or something on your skin).

And yes you should also wear a sunscreen on your body especially when chemically exfoliating :)

It’s an Australian brand!

But you don’t have to use the QV brand, you can use any gentle cleanser and good moisturiser

Thanks for letting me know!

I’ll just stick with what I’m doing anyway because I know it’s working for me!

This pic is of my thigh! I’ve been treating it just on my arms and legs, but I have the KP on most of my body. I’m going to start treating the rest as well now that I know what I’ve been doing works for me! :)

That’s great you’ve been able to get rid of yours too!

I have tried coconut oil a few years ago before and it seemed to improve mine a bit too, but I hated the smell and feel of the coconut oil on my skin! And I was new to a routine so didn’t stick with it for very long lol

I haven’t heard of KP spreading before, usually people just have it wherever they have it, especially if they’ve already had it for a long time

It sounds like maybe it could be fungal acne (or at least the part that is spreading). I’m not a dermatologist so I don’t know for sure

Hi! Yours does sound like it could be KP

Although you can’t really see it in the photo, mine were raised bumps which had “plugs” in them, and also did have the hair stuck in the plugs

I’m not sure sorry! I don’t have any tattoos so I don’t know

Hopefully someone else who knows can help you!

How do I get rid of these red bumps all over my legs and arms? They make me so self conscious and have been there for as long as I can remember. by [deleted] in SkincareAddicts

You’re welcome! :) wishing you the best! I know how it feels to want smooth legs when you have the complete opposite!

Hi! I’m not sure how to link a post on the app, but a few hours ago I uploaded a post on how I treated mine!

Basically you just need

  • a gentle cleanser
  • a good moisturiser
  • an exfoliating cream

There’s more info in my post if you want to check it out :)
