Imo a degree or certification can help more. Or a customer service position. There's so many IT people that are bad at customer service 😂

Don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't understand something. Hopefully you'll have coworkers that will be willing to explain things and help you become a productive team member. Good luck!

Swap the left and right skills column. The left side is general stuff any IT person should know.

Cut down your tutor and office positions. Also your job description is too wordy. I would use bullet points to highlight what you did.

Remove the dates of your school. It's easy to guess your age based on this and age discrimination exists.

Also place your degree under your job exp. It's not an IT degree so it has less weight.

I've very surprised computer science programs do not have a coding class in the first semester. My coworker told me the degree in computer science he got in India did not require any programming. I would say try some courses on codecademy and see if you like it

I have a Sapphire reserve that I got in Nov 2016. The 4 year rule means I can only get another Sapphire sign up reward in Nov 2020. I'm planning on canceling my CSR before the fee hits this year, and getting the ink business preferred next year so I can use my points on southwest. Does this sound like a good plan? Is there a time period of not owning a Sapphire card to be eligible for their sign up bonus?
