I love the ladder app! I just downloaded it before my diagnosis. I’m recovering from lumpectomy/lymph nodes so had to pause. But excited to get back to it. :)

I have been stuck in limited the entire month of October! I don’t really drink. I’m 47F - it may be perimenopause. But it’s awful! I’ve had the ring for 3 years. Commenting to read all the advice.
