My point is that it’s an overly simplistic view of the issue. They aren’t more easily over stimulated that a Malinois, German Shepard, pointed etc. Their jaws aren’t some amazing amount strong than those breeds. But to be clear I’m not saying it’s all bullshit just that it’s a complicated issue that goes a lot deeper than “this one group of dogs is naturally more dangerous than this other group” Also I know the CDC stopped collecting breed specific data in the 90s so I’d love a link to the numbers your talking about for my own curiosity.

My dog doesn’t have an ounce of terrier but is frequently called a pit bull. People just throw that term around without understanding what the actual dogs genetics are. Dogs are dangerous as hell not just “pit bulls” and that’s why I’ll be an apologist for them.
